Trusting Connections is seeking warm, dependable Church Childcare Sitters to support welcoming church communities throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. These roles offer consistent, part-time hours in positive, faith-centered environments where families gather, serve, and grow together.
Whether you’re a college student, a stay-at-home mom looking for a few meaningful hours each week, an empty nester, retiree, or simply someone who values community, this is a wonderful opportunity to serve while earning reliable income.
In this role, you will:
- Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants through school-age children
- Create a joyful, safe space for children during services and programs
- Lead simple, age-appropriate activities and play
- Maintain clean and organized childcare areas
- Communicate professionally with church staff and families
